1. Acceptance
By accessing or using Wakili.pro you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
2. Permitted Use
Wakili.pro is licensed to registered advocates and law firms for professional legal practice management. You may not resell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
3. AI-Generated Content
Wakili.pro uses artificial intelligence to assist with legal research, drafting, and analysis. AI outputs do not constitute legal advice. You remain solely responsible for verifying all citations, reviewing all documents, and exercising your own professional judgment before relying on any output.
4. Data & Confidentiality
You are responsible for ensuring that any client data you upload is handled in accordance with your professional obligations under the Advocates Act and the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019. We will not use your client data to train AI models.
5. Subscription & Payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Prices are in Kenya Shillings (KES) and inclusive of applicable taxes. You may cancel at any time; no refunds are issued for partial periods unless you invoke our 30-day money-back guarantee within the first 30 days of a new subscription.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. On termination, you may export all your data for 90 days via the settings page.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, DataCraft Systems Ltd's aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
